Hi, I'm Leah López, a wellness strategist passionate about guiding individuals and businesses toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I blend ancient wisdom with modern strategy, combining holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, mindful movement, and stress management to empower clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
My foundation in wellness is deeply rooted. I'm a Certified Ayurvedic Health Therapist from the Shakti School of Ayurveda, bringing a profound understanding of this ancient healing system to my practice. I've further enhanced my expertise with specialized training in Stress Management, Nervous System Regulation and Mindfulness, Pranayama (breathwork) from the Nada Yoga School, and a variety of Movement Techniques. I'm passionate about helping people feel their best and live with purpose, believing in a personalized approach that supports individuals on their unique journeys toward greater balance and fulfillment.
My Professional & Business Background
Beyond my wellness credentials, my approach is strengthened by twenty years of experience in the public service, where I continuously embraced increasingly senior leadership positions with complex portfolios with little guidance. This background has honed my capacity to deliver immediate value as both a leader and a change agent. I am a meticulous and experienced strategist and an expert communicator, with a solid history of achievements and impactful changes across my Government of Saskatchewan portfolios. My skills are grounded in inclusive leadership and team development, policy and program creation and execution, strategic planning and facilitation, stakeholder engagement, project and change management, as well as comprehensive business support. This diverse professional journey allows me to bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to both business and wellness, whether I'm supporting individuals or helping businesses create thriving workplaces that prioritize employee wellbeing.
